Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. The free plan is free, and we never ask for card details to start. You only add payment if you decide to move to Pro or Studio.
Does CuePort replace my DAW?
No, and it's not meant to. You keep mixing in your DAW. CuePort is where the work around it lives: artists, productions, files, versions, sessions and feedback. There's a Reaper sync script if you want to pull comments straight into your project.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It's a progressive web app, so you can install it on iOS and Android and play tracks, leave feedback and check sessions from anywhere.
Who can see my files?
Only your studio. Each artist sees their own productions through their own login and nothing else. Files sit behind authenticated access, not public links.
Can I export my data?
Your audio and data stay yours. You can download your files at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and everything in it. We're based in Germany and follow GDPR.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Paid plans bill monthly and you can cancel from the studio at any point. No notice period, no exit fee.
